We have a "Let's Get Started" discussion with you either via phone or email. If you are a local Bergen County, Morris County or Sussex County NJ business owner we can also meet with you in person. Here is when we get to know your budget, your business, your goals and wishlist for your website, any special features you would like, colors you would like to use, and branding.
We give you a custom website design quote based upon what you want and need. Upon your acceptance of that quote, we create our contract and send it off to you.
Once you have signed the contract and returned it to us, a 50% deposit is due. Once that is paid, work commences.
Based upon our discussions with you, we start designing and developing your website. This is the most critical and time intensive phase of our design process. You will be kept in the loop at all times, and be able to see and experience the ongoing website design and development process yourself.
Once approved, a 25% payment is due. Once that is paid, the fine tuning and delivery process begins.
We fine tune features and functionality, as well as several "test drives" to make sure all the wrinkles are out.
Once we agree the site is ready to launch, the final 25% payment is due. Once this has been paid, your website or e-commerce store will be uploaded and launched.
Printed promotional products such as business cards, brochures, signs, or other deliverables are handled separately. Design costs for these tangible deliverables are discounted but are also separate from design costs of the website.
Hosting and domain name registration, as well as email and SSL certificates (if needed) may be purchased through our company, at separate cost, or purchased anywhere you like. You are encouraged to use our services which are discounted but you are under absolutely NO obligation to do so.
Logo / banner / branding design and other website imaging are separate costs from the design costs of the website. If you decide to bundle them with the website design cost we will be happy to give you a discount. If purchased separately no discount applies.
SEO - Marketing - Website Maintenance is purchased separately either by the hour, or in monthly package subscriptions, which are discounted.
Refunds - we do not refund any deposits or payments made. All work is accounted for and delivered.
Chargebacks are not honored and we do not negotiate. We have our contract and proof of all ongoing work. If you need to put your project on hold, you need to contact us in advance.
We encourage questions as we prefer that our clients have a full, clear understanding of our process and what we do for them. We do not like misunderstandings. It makes our entire day go south. UGH. So remember, no question is stupid. ASK.
