We invest serious time and effort in designing your artwork, whether it be for the Custom Designed Logo or the Complete Brand Package, working with you 110% of the way. Therefore, we DO NOT offer refunds on any logo or branding projects or artwork.
To prevent unauthorized use of your credit / debit card, any service purchased WITHOUT FIRST CONTACTING US will NOT be charged to your card. Your service purchase will be ON HOLD. We will reach out to you directly to confirm that you DID indeed make the purchase and want the service.
