Communications – Please Note:

Our initial communication with you is either via a phone meeting or via a scheduled Zoom meeting. If we mutually decide to work together, GREAT!!!

Here are our communication preferences:

  • We communicate with you via text and email. Everything in writing. This is for best efficiency in getting your resume constructed.
  • Please do not call us on the phone with your changes, edits, etc. We work all day long with clients, frequently in meetings. Unscheduled phone calls do not work.
  • IF you feel you MUST call us on the phone, kindly text or email us to SCHEDULE a phone call. This way we are not interrupting previously scheduled clients.
  • Our turn around time is one week in 95% of cases. We strive to work on your behalf utilizing best practices in time management.
  • Our hours of operation are Monday through Saturday 10AM – 4:30PM. Sunday we are CLOSED.
  • Please respect our boundaries. Unless you have a scheduled evening appointment we do not respond to emails / texts until the next business day.
