- We will schedule a free 30 minute Zoom meeting so we can “meet” each other and discuss your needs
- We will discuss where you are now as well as where you want to be
- If we decide mutually that we are a good fit, we will begin the process of reconstructing and refining your resume
- You get one on one personal attention from the owner. You are never passed to one of our associates or partners
- Questions and answers regarding the rebirth of your resume will take place via text, email and phone if necessary
- We upload your finished resume and cover letter to your choice of either Indeed or LinkedIn
- We communicate with you via text and email. Everything in writing. This is for best efficiency in getting your resume constructed.
- Please do not call us on the phone with your changes, edits, etc. We work all day long with clients, frequently in meetings. Unscheduled phone calls do not work.
- IF you feel you MUST call us on the phone, kindly text or email us to SCHEDULE a phone call. This way we are not interrupting previously scheduled clients.
- Our turn around time is one week in 95% of cases. We strive to work on your behalf utilizing best practices in time management.
- Our hours of operation are Monday through Saturday 10AM – 4:30PM. Sunday we are CLOSED.
- Please respect our boundaries. Unless you have a scheduled evening appointment we do not respond to emails / texts until the next business day.
