How we charge you:
You are charged for your resume and cover letter by your career level, which dictates the complexity of constructing your resume.
Entry level should never pay what mid career level or what executive or senior level pays. Mid career level should never pay what entry or senior level pays. So, your career level is the deciding factor for what you pay.
That being said, all sales are final. There are no refunds. We work with you for as long as it takes to craft the perfect ATS friendly resume that we are both happy with. Our work with you is a collaboration. We know our end of the business thoroughly, and only you knows your end of it – your career, your goals, and how you want to be perceived as a professional moving forward.
It does not matter how many revisions we go through. What matters is the end game. You have an ATS friendly resume that you are 100% pleased with that gets you the position you are looking for.
What we provide you with, regardless of career level:
We initially interview you to learn about you. Your past positions, past lives, what you are desiring to move into during this next phase of your career, your goals, and your dreams.
We answer any and all questions you may have. Then, if we decide to work together, we send you an invoice and our email address.
Once the invoice is paid, you email us any and all information you have pertaining to your resume – can be old resumes, work histories, notes, the job description of the position you have your eyes on. MORE information is better for us than too little.
After reviewing your info, we connect back with you and the serious collaboration begins.
This is ongoing for the duration that we work together. When we have questions we either text or email you as this way we have everything in writing.
Every time we send you a draft version, we text you as a courtesy so that you know to check your email and then you can respond in a timely manner.
If we collectively decide that a Zoom Meeting would be helpful, that happens as well.
