We do NOT employ contractors or freelancers to write your resume. Each person who comes to us receives the one-on-one attention of the owner herself, who is very responsive.

On your initial 20 minute introduction call, Maureen McCullough does the following:
Takes the time to verbally explain the process, the ATS system, what’s involved. She also asks about you and your situation, to better understand your needs.
You ask whatever questions you need to. Questions are good!
The ATS system (Applicant Tracking System) is explained to you in detail so that you are educated from the very beginning as to why we work the way we do and so that we can produce top notch results for you.
We emphasize to you that ALL RESUMES are re-constructed from the ground up. Built from scratch, always fresh.
If we collectively decide to work together, here is what happens next:
We send you your invoice. Once that is paid, the real work begins.
You send in your resume, and if no resume is available, your work history, and the job description of the position you are looking for. Too much information is better than not enough, always. Leave the heavy lifting to us.
Our turn around time to produce a quality first draft is one week max, often shorter.
During the resume writing process, we interview you in-depth, asking detailed questions. The goal is to pull information out of you, and help you think about your background from different perspectives as befits your particular situation. A Zoom meeting is often used in this process.
Your resume is targeted very specifically towards the industry you are in, the job description you have provided us with, and niche keywords are utilized. This ensures that we can make sure you have the best possible chance of passing the ATS system and getting an interview.
Communication is done by all available means – Zoom, phone, email, text. Whatever it takes to provide you with an unquestionably first class resume. Phone calls need to be scheduled in advance, but they are definitely part of our process.
We work with you and stick by you 110%, producing as many drafts as it takes to get that rock star resume result.
Samples are NOT offered. Why? Every person who comes to us is unique. One size fits all samples are, in our opinion, ridiculous. You receive a highly personalized resume as befits your needs and goals.
Ultimately you are provided with your personalized resume in both Word and PDF formats.
We honor free lifetime small edits and updates. We do not offer refunds – we work with you every step of the way until you are satisfied.
