Our Process

I work in a very transparent manner so that you are involved at every step of the process. No surprises — you’re always kept in the loop and well informed.

Every project begins with a discovery Zoom call to define your goals, timeline, and scope.

Once I understand your needs, you’ll receive a detailed quote based on that conversation. Projects are scoped in detail to avoid misunderstandings and to keep everyone on the same page.

If your project requires additional work beyond the original quote, those hours are billed hourly in 4-hour blocks. All changes are documented in writing (email). This keeps the process transparent, fair, and efficient for everyone.

 

Maintenance

We discuss this with you beforehand. You can pay us on a monthly retainer to handle all updates and maintenance for you.

If you do not want that, then we set your website up to automatically update and handle all that for you.

 

Backups

We can set your website up for automatic backups in case there is a technical hiccup. Backups and restores can be daunting. No worries there. All of this is addressed beforehand – before any design work is begun.

It is also included and spelled out in detail in your contract.
